About Patrick

Originally from Switzerland, Patrick achieved solid management experience through the companies he has built, developed, and sold in his home country and then immigrated to Quebec 24 years ago.

For the past 10 years he has gained a solid experience in condominiums on the Island of Montreal (South-West) and covers the residential sector (single family and condo) on the South Shore.

A formidable negotiator with unwavering ethics, he always advises his clients in their best interest by relieving them of the emotional aspect of this type of transaction. Endowed with a great listening and an aptitude to identify the needs of his customers, he will be your partner in the successful completion of your sale or purchase project. His knowledge of the market and his financial knowledge make him an asset in your project.

Very involved in his field, he has a strong network. He is also a mentor on the Island of Montreal (Ville Marie) and in Roussillon (South Shore) for the Quebec Entrepreneurship Foundation. For 4 years now, he has also been a counselor for Suicide Action Montreal.

In 2021, he formed the R&K Team with Izza Kazi, a residential real estate broker, further strengthening his territory and developing new markets and clienteles.

A quadrilingual originally from Pakistan, Izza grew up in Montreal. More than ten years of experience in the management of high performance projects, she has acquired the ability to transmit unique experiences to her clients. In addition, the excellence in customer service has allowed him to focus on the most important point of the business relationship: the customer.
